The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. This project shall be substantially completed by: TBD Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law. Supplier to provide a supervisor to watch over and guide the installation for the duration of the install. TDSB forces will be used to install the bleachers. The Order provides for four days of on-site Factory Representative time to oversee and guide the TDSB team through the install. If necessary, any and all abatements are conducted by in-house staff if necessary. 100% of Evaluation Criteria is based on Price Contract Specialist: Peter McIndoo |
