The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract(s) with a qualified Bidders for the supply of Medeco Cylinders and Keys products for the TDSB trades staff for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a firm Two (2) year period from October 1st 2020 to Sept 30, 2022. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Three (3) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. The desired supplier is an authorized distributor/Wholesaler for Medeco Prodcuts under ASSA ABLOY High Security Group, Inc., an ASSA ABLOY Group company. |
