Description: 

The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contract(s) with qualified Bidders for Musical Instrument Repairs and Services for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below:

The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be in effect for a Two (2) year period from December 1, 2017 to November 30, 2019. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to renew the contract for Three (3) additional one (1) year periods, provided that prior written notice within one hundred and twenty (120) days is given to the supplier by the Board. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period.

Prices are requested firm for a two year period from December 1, 2017 to November 30, 2019.

The bids with be scored with the following criteria,

70% on Price 

30% on References
