Description: 

The Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded.  The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract.  This project shall be substantially completed by: For Boiler Project=> All The work which is related to the areas that will be occupied by the school =>August 23, 2020.

The remainder of the project  => September 18, 2020 For AHUs Project=> August  23, 2020.


Hours of Work:  During the Winter/Summer Breaks, the work will proceed during the day.  Any work which is considered detrimental to school operations shall be carried out during the off-hours, evenings and/or weekends at the schools discretion.  Any work which is considered non detrimental to school operations may be carried out during the day at the schools discretion.

Hours of Work:  Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours.  Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law.
