This Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Toronto District School Board (“The Board”) to firms licensed in Ontario who have the skill, experience, judgement and resources to submit Proposals for the provision of Electrical Consultant Services (“Services”) on an as-and-when-required basis to support the Board’s renewal projects. The Proponent(s) selected by the Board, when assigned projects, will work together with the Board and may also include other consultants, municipalities and other regulatory bodies. The Consulting Firm(s) may be required to represent the Board in project development, planning, tendering and contract management. The Consulting Firm(s) must be authorized by the Professional Engineers of Ontario to provide electrical consulting services. Term of contract will be a (3) three year term with options to extend for three (3) additional twelve-month extension options. There may be an annual refresh at the discretion of the TDSB.
