The Ministry of Education (EDU) provided approval and funding for a three room Child Care addition at Birch Cliff PS in October, 2017.The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) intends to procure the services of an experienced architectural firm (‘the Prime Consultant’) to provide complete architectural services for this new Child Care Centre. The scope of work will include related interior and exterior upgrades and renovations to the existing facility required to accommodate the addition and satisfy authorities having jurisdiction.If determined during design process that existing building systems require full replacement the required design services will be additional to this contract.
