Description: 

The Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded.  The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract.  This project shall be substantially completed by:  February 28, 2021             

Hours of Work:  Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours.  Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law

The site visit will be staggered in small groups to maintain social distancing.

Please abide by the Covid – 19 Guidelines during your site visit.

Wearing a mask and gloves is mandatory and maintain Social Distancing during your visit.
