KS24-129PQ Request for a Prequalification Refresh of Bidders for Topographical Surveyors The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is soliciting submissions for Professional Services to provide prequalification services on an “as needed” basis for facility renewal projects. The intent is to refresh our existing pre-qualified lists and to select additional firms to provide services on a project-by-project basis based on the scope of work. Current pre-approved Topographical Surveyors do not have to re-submit.PreQualification entails various Mandatory Requirements and Evaluation Criteria detailed within the documentation. Responses are requested only from firms that have the capacity to perform work on tight timelines and this type of professional service is within their area of expertise.
The Board will not conduct business with any supplier currently engaged in litigation against the Board.
Term of contract 1 year with the option to extend for one (1) additional twelve-month extension options. At the discretion of TDSB, the contracts will be reviewed and may have an annual refresh.
