The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract(s) with qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply of Writing Instruments to the Distribution Centre for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a Two (2) year firm price period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2026. If Bidder cannot quote firm prices for the contract period, Bidder must state clearly in his submission the basis on which prices are submitted. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Two (2) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The successful Bid(s) will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period.
