Description: 

The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contracts with a qualified Bidders for the Supply Commercial Outdoor Caretaking Equipment.  All equipment is to be new and unused, delivered to TDSB school locations ready to be put into service on an ''as and when required" basis. The supply of the Commercial Outdoor Caretaking Equipment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Successful Bidders will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a Two (2) year period from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2021, with the option in favour of the Board to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.  The terms and conditions of the extension options would remain the same as for the initial contract period.

Tender Schedule:

December 2018: Tender released to market

January & February 2019: Evaluation and recommendation of equipment

Mid March 2019: Recommended award(s) are put forward for Board approvals. 

Note: Approval date for Contract(s) requiring Board of Trustee approvals is April 17, 2018

April 2019: Execution of supply agreements.

May 1, 2019: Start date for supply agreements

 

Proof of WSIB, Insurance and References are required with your Bid.

As per the Tender Price Schedule Instructions you may be required to upload Manufacture Specifications and Warranty files with your Bid.
