The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is issuing this request for pre-qualification for the purpose of establishing a short list of Mechanical & Electrical Sub-Contractors who will be invited to tender for the construction of an addition and renovation at Norseman Jr. Middle School located at 15 Norseman Street, Toronto, Ontario M8Z R21 and Terry Fox Public School located at 185 Wintermute Blvd, Toronto, Ontario M1W 3M9. Only prequalified Contractors will be invited to bid on either or both of these projects.  The TDSB, at its discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions received. All site labour will be paid in accordance with the City of Toronto Fair Wage Policy.
