Description: 

The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is soliciting submissions from Roofing Professional Services to provide
prequalification services on an “as needed” basis for facility renewal projects. The intent is to select firms to provide services on a project by project basis.

Term of contract will be a (3) three year term with options to extend for two (2) additional twelve month extension options. At the discretion of TDSB the contracts will be reviewed and may have an annual refresh.
