The TDSB seeks to retain the services of a Faculty of Education at an accredited University in Ontario to develop and deliver environment and climate change education professional development for TDSB teachers. Joint proposals (e.g., University-University, University-College) are welcome, however a Faculty of Education must be the lead institution that submits a proposal to this RFP, and a project lead from the Faculty of Education must be clearly defined. This initiative is intended to foster relationships between in-service and pre-service teachers, and as such, proposals should incorporate both parties. This Agreement will commence between June and August 2026, and expire on August 31, 2029, for three (3) years firm pricing unless terminated earlier. The TDSB has the right at its sole discretion to renew this Agreement for three subsequent one-year optional term periods beginning September 1, 2029, September 1, 2030 and September 1, 2031 respectively.
