in order to modernize and automate the existing Cyber Risk Management (CRM) Process, the Board’s IT Services department would like build upon its existing ServiceNOW (SaaS) platform by licensing, implementing and customizing ServiceNOW’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) package to facilitate Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). This will be a three year contract with 2 one-year extension options.
The goal of this RFP is to implement and customize the ServiceNOW GRC applications to reflect the existing TDSB CRM processes while modernizing the workflow by streamlining end user and Vendor/Service Provider interactions through automation. |
