It is at the sole discretion of TDSB  AND TCDSB to award the contract to multiple vendor(s) based on our needs and requirements.
Delivery and Freight will not be charged as an extra, these charges are to be included in the price per item.

Term of contract Two (2) Years firm pricing with an option to extend for Two (2) additional Twelve (12) Month extension periods, total of Four (4) years.
