Prior to the site visit, all contractors attending are to complete self screening at the following link and bring a copy of the results to the walk through. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ As a result of the pandemic, the site walk through the interior of the building will be staggered. Ensure to wear a level 1 or 2 medical mask and appropriate PPE for the walk through. A mandatory site meeting is not required should you want to visit the site please contact Ron Alymar via email at ronald.alymar@tdsb.on.ca to make necessary The Professional Services Provider shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The successful Professional Services Provider shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. Tender document design delivery by: October 19, 2021. Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law. 100% of Evaluation Criteria is based on Price Contract Specialist: Poorrani Mahavalirajan
