The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is seeking a platform that supports rapid, accurate cyber threat intelligence data collection, normalization, enrichment, analysis and actionable intelligence. The solution should analyze open web, deep web including feeds, blogs, public social media, paste sites, criminal forums, code repositories, dark web markets, and security content from the entire internet.  The vendors must offer the ability to take down services as well as analysis to provide actionable intelligence and recommendations that are pertinent and material to the Board with their solution.

This solution should be built on a turnkey SaaS platform which requires no software installation. A browser-based analysis environment should offer a powerful query interface with rich, interactive visualizations to support better decision making, as well as collaboration and reporting tools.

The contract term will be 1 year with two 1 year extension options.
