| Description: |
The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contracts with qualified Bidders for the Supply of Commercial Salt Spreaders and Snowblowers. All equipment is to be new and unused, delivered to TDSB locations ready to be put into service on an ''as and when required" basis. The Successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a Two (2) year period from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2026, with the option in favour of the Board to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year periods, at the discretion of the Board. The Successful Bidder shall provide any request for extension pricing increases substantiated with specific proof of supplier/manufacture price increases to the Bidder. The terms and conditions of the extension options would remain the same as for the initial contract period. Evaluation Criterion: 100% pricing (as detailed in the pricing table instructions)
