Request for Proposals for a design consultant services for the 341 pupil mass timber place replacement school with a 5-room childcare at Poplar Road Jr. PS.  

Hours of Work:  Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours.  Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law.

Evaluation Criteria is based on the following:

  • Firm Experience and Quality (20 points)
  • Demonstrated Technical & Design Abilities (10 points)
  • Experience in Similar Projects (30 points)
  • Fees (30 points)
  • Interview by Architect Selection Committee (10 points)
