The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) intends to procure the services of an experienced architectural firm to provide complete architectural design and Sub-consultant coordination services including Structural, Mechanical and Electrical for a 358 pupil place replacement school along with 5 child care rooms (1 infant, 1 toddler and 2 preschool) at Dennis Avenue CS to allow for the consolidation of Cordella Jr. Public School and Rockcliff MS in Toronto. at 17 Dennis Ave., Toronto, ON M6N 2T7. The site is 2.3 acres in area on a rectangular lot in a low-rise residential neighborhood and is bordered by Dennis Ave. to the north, Weston Rd. to the east. The original primary school was constructed in 1891, with a number of additions constructed through 1966 resulting in a net area of 36,000 square foot. 

The scope of work shall include related building construction, landscape development and Municipal or other
utility system upgrades as required to accommodate the new facility and school program(s).

Each proponent is required to assemble a group of experienced school design sub-consultants to provide the full
spectrum of required professional services to successfully complete the project as presented in this document.
