JM21-185T Parking Lot Rehabilitation at Elia MS
Site visit - COVID-19 Prior to the site visit, all contractors attending are to complete self screening at the following link and bring a copy of the results to the walk through. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ As a result of the pandemic, the site walk through the interior of the building will be staggered. Ensure to wear a level 1 or 2 medical mask and appropriate PPE for the walk through.
The Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. This project shall be substantially completed by: August 27, 2021
Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law. Contract Specialist: Janelle Marshall
