The TDSB is looking to secure a supplier for network ready laser printers and network ready wide format photo inkjet printers. The laser printers will be geared towards office and general classroom use while the wide format photo inkjet printers will be geared toward those schools running specialized visual arts, photography and graphics programs. In addition to the hardware, the Board requires ongoing service and consumables with any unit purchased. For the laser printer line, the Board would also like to explore the option of being invoiced monthly on a cost per page basis for each printer in lieu of an upfront purchase price. The Board would also like to secure a supplier for laser toner cartridges for its existing fleet of Kyocera printers. |
