TDSB is seeking quotations from qualified Bidders for the supply and installation of four (4) new industrial grade electric Under Tail Gate (UTG) spreaders to be used for road salting. The spreaders are to be installed onto TDSB vehicles at the successful Bidders location. The successful Bidder will be requested to supply and install the equipment prior to November 1, 2019. Specifications: See the TDSB Requirements PDF and the Specifications table. Bid information required: Applicable equipment warranty (upload) and References (table) The Board intends to award the supply and install to a compliant Bidder providing the requested equipment at the lowest overall cost to the Board. The location of the installation for the Board drop-off and pickup will be considered in the Board's overall cost evaluation. Board mileage to drop off and pickup equipment will be calculated at $.42/km, as calculated by the distance from your given shop location to 85 Shorting Avenue, Toronto and will be added to the Board's overall Bid cost calculations. |
