The Toronto District School Board intends to secure contracts with a qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply of Commercial Power Tools for the TDSB staff. The supply of commercial power tools and related products for the TDSB shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below. Term: Successful Bidders will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a Two (2) year period. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Three (3) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties.. The successful Bid(s) will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. The Board reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.
