The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) intends to secure a contract(s) with qualified Bidder(s) to provide Emergency Lighting, Supply of Parts and Services for Various TDSB Sites. Proposals are invited from Electrical Contractors/suppliers in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in this Request for Proposal (RFP), including all Addenda. Successful Bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a One (1) year period. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Five (5) additional One (1) year period at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. Evaluation is based on the following criteria (out of 100 points): Price - 90 points, as follows:
