PCM25-058P Supply and Commission Only of P/A System at Cresthaven Jr. PS.
The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a contract with a qualified Bidders for the Supply and Commissioning of New P.A./ IN House Phone System at Cresthaven Jr. PS.
Electrical supplies and related products for TDSB shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP. This request for proposal is for the “Supply and Commissioning” only, the TDSB will use its own forces for the installation.
Proposal Evaluation Criteria
The proposals will be scored in accordance with the criteria listed below: Total 100% 1. Fee Proposal (Price) - 100% Score (Proponent with the lowest cost will be given full percentage)
The awarded proponent shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law. |
