Supply of Electronic Parts for TDSB Locations (Stock) The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contract(s) with qualified/authorized Bidders for the supply of electronic parts for TDSB stockrooms for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a firm Two (2) year period from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Two (2) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. The requested Electronic Parts includes: Fire Detection, Public Address System parts and Security Cameras.
