Supply of Lock and Door Hardware Products for TDSB Stockrooms The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract(s) with a qualified Bidders for the supply of Lock and Door Hardware products for the TDSB stockrooms for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a firm Two (2) year period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Two (2) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period.
