Description:	The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is soliciting submissions for Professional Services to provide prequalification services on an “as needed” basis for facility renewal projects. The intent is to select firms to provide services on a project by project basis based on the scope of work. Term of contract will be a (3) three year term with options to extend for three (3) additional twelve month extension options. At the discretion of TDSB the contracts will be reviewed and may have an annual refresh.
