The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract(s) with qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply of Promotional Products to the Distribution Centre for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a One (1) year fixed price period from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023 with the option to extend for Three (3) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The successful Bid will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award. Evaluation Matrix: 80% Pricing |
