PJ26-262P Professional Services East and West Elevators Building Envelope and Structural Restoration, Window Replacement at Parkview Alternative School/ Terraview Heights Learning Centre TR-26-0178 Prior to the site visit, all contractors attending are to complete self screening at the following link and bring a copy of the results to the walk through. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ As a result of the pandemic, the site walk through the interior of the building will be staggered. Ensure to wear a level 1 or 2 medical mask and appropriate PPE for the walk through. Construction budget estimates are not available The Professional Services Provider shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The successful Professional Services Provider shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. Tender document design delivery by: July 13th, 2026 Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law. 100% of Evaluation Criteria is based on Price Contract Specialist: Priyanga Jeyarasalingam
