The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is issuing a request for pre-qualification for the purpose of adding to our roster of Pre Qualified General Contractors both Union and Non Union who will be invited to tender for General Contracting work. Non Union Contractors if successful, will only be invited to bid on Fair Wage Projects $1.3M and over
EXISITNG PRE-QUALIFED GENERAL CONTRACTORS WITH THE TORONTO DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD DO NOT HAVE TO RE-SUBMIT. Pre Qualification entails various Mandatory Requirements and Evaluation Criteria detailed within the documentation. The Board will not conduct business with any supplier currently engaged in litigation against the Board. The TDSB, at its discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions received. All site labour will be paid in accordance with the City of Toronto Fair Wage Policy.
