This Request is for the supply only of high thermal performance curtainwall and rainscreen vent operators for Bendale JPS. TDSB in-house trades will do the installation. The TDSB reserves the right to award to the lowest compliant Bidder. Evaluation: Pricing 100% Deliveriables: Bidder Shall provide in accordance to the provided specifications and drawings:
Delivery Requirements: The Product will need to be delivered to the TDSB specified delivery location in complete fabricated and assembled condition with a 2 Months Rental Storage Trailer (pricing for storage container/trailer use and removal to be included in the Bid price. Required Delivery Timing: 8 weeks from approved shop drawings . Delivery Location: Bendale Junior Public School, 61 Benshire Drive, Scarborough, ON M1H 1M4
Mandatory Submission Requirements with Bid: Test Reports, Applicable Warranty, References Compliancy - All Bids will require: A) Warranty: A Standard ’10 year’ coverage warranty is expected. The applicable warranty to be uploaded with your Bid. B) Curtain Wall and Glazing test report: These are to be uploaded with your Bid. C) Confirmation on delivery requirements (see Pricing table) D) References (see References table) Prior to fabrication: The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Commercial General Liability Certificate (as per the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER) and Engineer stamped drawings. Question Period Notes: Questions may be asked through the Bids and Tenders 'Submit a question' Button. Questions will be answered via written Addendum. The Addendum will posted on Bids and Tenders and notice of Addendum notice will be sent to all Registered Plan Takers through Bids and Tenders. The Question Period will end one week from issuance of the Request.
