Description: 

The Toronto District School Board (“TDSB”) is issuing this Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) for the purpose of establishing a shortlist of qualified Contractors who will be invited to submit bids for future Capital construction projects, including new builds, additions and major renovations within two categories of estimated construction value: 

  • Category A) projects between $5 million and $20 million, and 
  • Category B) projects above $20 million.

All Proponents submitting for prequalification will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the TDSB.
