The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contract(s) with qualified Bidders for the Provision of Moving Services for Musical Instruments/Kits. The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be in effect for a Two (2) year period from September 01, 2020 to August 31, 2022. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to renew the contract for Two (2) additional one (1) year periods, provided that prior written notice within one hundred and twenty (120) days is given to the supplier by the Board. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. Prices are requested firm for a two year period from September 01, 2020 to August 31, 2022. If bidder cannot quote firm prices for the period stated Bidder must state clearly in his submission the basis on which prices are submitted. This RFP will be evaluated on the following Criteria: Mandatory Requirements: Pass/Fail Price : 50% Rated Requirements: 50% |
