The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract(s) with qualified Bidder(s) for Heating (Gas & Oil) Miscellaneous & Emergency Repairs for various sites as required for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a Two (2) year firm price period from the date the contract is signed. If Bidder cannot quote firm prices for the contract period, Bidder must state clearly in their submission the basis on which prices are submitted. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Two (2) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period.
