The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is issuing this request for pre‐qualification for the purpose of establishing a short list of General Contractors who will be invited to tender for the construction of a new, replacement school on the site of the existing DAVISVILLE School located at 43 Millwood Rd, Toronto, ON M4S 1J6. Only Pre‐qualified contractors will be able to bid on either or both of these projects. The TDSB, at its discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions received.  All site labour will be paid in accordance with the City of Toronto Fair Wage Policy.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents.
