MP21-038P - Supply Only of Window Coverings: Roller Shades for TDSB Sites The Toronto District School Board intends to secure contracts with a qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply Only of Window Coverings for TDSB Sites. The supply of Window Coverings for TDSB shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below. Term: Successful Bidders will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a Three (3) year period. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for two (2) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties.. The successful Bid(s) The Board reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Evaluation Criteria – Supply Only of Window Coverings: Roller Shades for TDSB Sites – RFP # MP21-038P In general terms, Proposals received will be evaluated in terms of how well they meet the requirements stated in below. In order to determine the extent to which a Proposal reflects the requirements, submissions shall be rated using the following criteria as a general guideline. Proposal Evaluation Criteria The proposals will be scored in accordance with the criteria listed below: Total 100% 1. Fee Proposal (Price) - 80% Score (Proponent with lowest cost will be given full percentage (80) rating for criterion. Next lowest and all others submitted will be given rating based on percentage (%) difference to lowest cost.) 2. Service and Support Capabilities - 20% Score (To include: Professional experience/provide ability detail to TDSB needs, Quality of Binders/and reporting, Provide prompt payment discount)
EVALUATION MATRIX: Excellent: 15-20 Exceeds the required standard. Response answers the question with precision and relevance and includes improvement through innovation/value added. Good: 10–14 Meets the standard required. Comprehensive response in terms of detail and relevance to the question. Limited: 5–9 Fails the standard in most aspects but meets some areas in level of detail. Generally inadequate and only partially addresses the question. Inadequate: 0–4 Significantly fails to meet the standard. question not answered or answer is not relevant to the question.
