The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is issuing this request for pre-qualification for the purpose of establishing a short list of Demolition Remediation Contractors who will be invited to tender for the Demolition, Hazardous Material Abatement, soil remediation & Rough Grading of the existing Davisville School and Brockton High School. Only prequalified Contractors will be invited to bid on this project. Only Contractors who have completed Demolition, Abatement Work and Soil Remediation of a value not less than $2,000,000.00 (plus HST) will be considered. The TDSB, at its discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions received. All site labour will be paid in accordance with the City of Toronto Fair Wage Policy.
