MP23-566P School Travel Planning Program Facilitation

The Toronto District School Board (TDSB), on behalf of the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) and the Toronto Student Transportation Group (TSTG), intend to secure a contract with one Bidder for the provision of School Travel Planning Program Facilitation. Proposals are invited from service delivery providers in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in this Request for Proposal (RFP), including all attached Appendices. 

Term:  Successful Bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a Two (2) year periods,  July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.   The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for One (1) additional One (1) year periods,  July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.  The successful Bid(s) will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award.  The terms and conditions of the extension option would  remain the same as for the initial contract period.

Evaluation Criteria – School Travel Planning Program Facilitation – RFP # MP23-566P

In general terms, Proposals received will be evaluated in terms of how well they meet the requirements stated in below. In order to determine the extent to which a Proposal reflects the requirements, submissions shall be rated using the following criteria as a general guideline.

Proposal Evaluation Criteria

Stage I:     Qualifications and Experience                            30%

Stage II:    Approach and Methodology                               30%

Stage III:   Pricing                                                                    40%

 Proponents must achieve at least 70% (21 out of 30) of the total available points in each Stage I & II (as indicated) in order to proceed to stage III - Pricing.
