Description: 

The TDSB is currently soliciting bids from qualified Proponents for the provision of Two Way Radios. The TDSB has approximately 584 schools, as well as several centralized office, and affiliate locations.

The term of the agreement resulting from this RFP opportunity will be for two (2) years with three (3) optional one (1) year extensions. This agreement will commence upon contract award. 

This RFP will be evaluated on the following criteria: 

Mandatory Requirements: Pass/Fail 

Rated Requirements: 60 %

Pricing: 40 %

The TDSB reserves the right to award this RFP to more than one Proponent, should it be required to best service the needs and requirements of the TDSB as a whole.
