MP23-274P Supply of Flooring Accessories at TDSB Stockroom/Distribution Centre. The Toronto District School Board invites bids for the purpose of acquiring Flooring Accessories. The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract with qualified Bidder for the Supply of Flooring Accessories to the Distribution Centre and Shorting Stockroom for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: Term: Successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a One (1) year period; prices maybe negotiated six months intervals. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Four (4) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The successful Bid will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. Question Period: Please note question period will be open for 1 week from issuance. Please use the "Submit a Question' button to ask your question. Questions will be sent to the TDSB Contract Specialist and answered through addendum after the question period.
